- 80% of respondents said they were either somewhat likely or extremely likely to integrate Microsoft Teams with their current or another telephony provider
- While respondents are generally pleased with their Teams experience, there are features they are strongly or extremely interested in including device reports, keyword and sentiment analysis as well as more global telephony capabilities
- 91% of respondents somewhat or strongly agreed that a contact center needs to be part of an overall unified communications strategy
