Joe Giammanco has been in the technology industry since the mid 90’s. He started his technology career with Octel/Lucent after having purchased their technology for the publishing firm he was working for. In 1998 Joe moved on to Aspect Communication where he managed a team of customer-facing field support engineers. In 2001 Joe moved to Syntellect/Enghouse as Area Sales Manager selling premised-based IVR and contact center technology. In 2011 Joe accepted the position of District Sales Manager at inContact selling cloud-based contact center technology to a growing market. Over the next 10 ½ years Joe held a variety of sales leadership roles with inContact and Nice CXone, including Director of Sales, Regional VP of Sales, and Area VP of Sales responsible for up to $40M ACV in Sales Revenue. Joe recently joined 8X8 leading their enterprise sales team in the western US. Joe is a Cloud Advocate and AI and Automation Evangelist and Contact Center technology veteran who loves to help customers solve problems through technology.
