Supplemental Premium Plus Service Terms
PP-1. Applicability and Conflict. These Supplemental Premium Plus Service Terms (these “PP Service Terms”) apply with respect to all Premium Plus services ordered under the Agreement (“Ordered PP Services”). In addition to these PP Service Terms, the 8x8 UCaaS/CCaaS Service Terms (or other version of service/business terms that apply to 8x8 UCaaS/CCaaS services) (including without limitation any use policy or terms incorporated therein) referenced in the agreement or order document through which Customer subscribed to such services (the “UCaaS/CCaaS Service Terms”) shall apply with respect to all Ordered PP Services, provided that in the event of any conflict between the PP Service Terms and the UCaaS/CCaaS Service Terms, these PP Service Terms shall take precedence and control. Capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the UCaaS/CCaaS Service Terms.
PP-2. Premium Plus Support Services. 8x8 shall provide any Ordered PP Services pursuant to the terms of an applicable Order and substantially in conformance with the service descriptions set forth at https://support.8x8.com/support-services/support/cs_ds_off. Customer’s Subscription Commitment shall apply to the Ordered PP Services, their fees shall be considered Service Fees, and Customer shall pay for them on the same terms as the Ordered SaaS Services. 8x8’s material breach of this paragraph (Premium Plus Support Services) shall permit Customer to terminate the Ordered PP Services with no further liability for them under its Subscription Commitment but shall not constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
Supplemental User Administration Service Terms
UA-1. Applicability and Conflict. These Supplemental User Administration Service Terms (these “UA Service Terms”) apply with respect to all User Administration services ordered under the Agreement (“Ordered UA Services”). In addition to these UA Service Terms, the 8x8 UCaaS/CCaaS Service Terms (or other version of service/business terms that apply to 8x8 UCaaS/CCaaS services) (including without limitation any use policy or terms incorporated therein) referenced in the agreement or order document through which Customer subscribed to such services (the “UCaaS/CCaaS Service Terms”) shall apply with respect to all Ordered UA Services, provided that in the event of any conflict between the UA Service Terms and the UCaaS/CCaaS Service Terms, these UA Service Terms shall take precedence and control.
