Terms for 8x8 Secure Pay Services (Direct and Resale)

In addition to the terms and conditions of Customer’s or Reseller’s (“you” or “your”) service or resale agreement with 8x8, as applicable (your “Agreement”), the following product-specific terms apply to 8x8 Secure Pay services and supersede the terms and conditions of your Agreement in any conflict (but only as to the 8x8 Secure Pay services). If you are a Reseller, you agree to ensure that your end customer using the resold 8x8 Secure Pay services is bound to the relevant terms below.
While 8x8 may make available its own PCI DSS Attestation of Compliance (“8x8 AOC”) for informational purposes, you are responsible for deciding whether and how to process, store, and transmit PCI Data (“PCI Data Use”) and acknowledge that you are making your own PCI risk assessment in relation to your PCI Data Use.
Any use of the 8x8 Secure Pay services must comply with the current 8x8 AOC. 8x8 may restrict, suspend, or terminate use that does not comply with these product-specific terms or the 8x8 AOC, or that exceeds your monthly usage allowance.
8x8’s Secure Pay services are powered by PCI Pal, Inc. If your 8x8 Secure Pay services Order includes a Secure Pay DID (e.g., Secure Pay IVR bundle, Secure Pay IVR DID, or Secure Pay BU DID), as conditions of use you agree that: (i) all calls must originate and terminate directly with your Secure Pay DID, and (ii) you must only communicate or advertise your Secure Pay DID phone number when providing an invitation for a cardholder to make a payment.
8x8 will bill any overages (e.g., minutes or messages) you incur in arrears, at the rate(s) specified at: https://www.8x8.com/terms-and-conditions/usage (“8x8 Usage Page”) at the time the usage is incurred or at the overage rate in your Order (if not specified at the 8x8 Usage Page).
