Deal of the Year 2024

Trace3 was the winner here. According to Natasha Hess, Channel Account Manager, they were chosen for their commitment to Customer Experience (CX).

She said: “Trace3 is being recognized for Global Deal of the Year award for their partnership with 8x8 in empowering their clients' workforces to connect individuals and teams to collaborate faster and work smarter worldwide. The Deal of the Year included 8x8's UCaaS, CCaaS, Voice for Microsoft Team, extended call recording, Secure Pay, and integration with TPES partner solution Verint. Huge congratulations!”

Contact Center Partner of the Year 2024

Bridgepointe Technologies took home this trophy with Tory Hassenauer, Channel Account Manager, revealing why. She said: “Bridgepointe combines decades of experience and their world-class engineering team to help their clients leverage the 8x8 solution to exceed their CX goals, with a complete, secure cloud contact center solution. Bridgepointe was awarded the Contact Center Partner of the year award for their tremendous growth in their CCaaS business this past year.”

TSD of the Year 2024

A win for Intellisys, one of the most tenured Technology Service Distributors in the industry, with Kyle Walker, Channel Account Manager, explaining why they are 8x8 winners.

He said: “Intelisys is being recognized as the 8x8 TSD of the year due to their consistent focus on partnering with 8x8. Intelisys and 8x8 have partnered together to provide high value to the partner community through UCaaS, CCaaS and the overall 8x8 single communications, all-in-one platform.”

Agent Partner of the Year 2024

CDW, a leading provider of IT solutions and services took the win here. Bryan Stanley, 8x8 Channel Account Manager, praised them, saying: “With the growing demand of communication and collaboration for businesses of all sizes, CDW's extensive network in sales and technical support has helped position 8x8 within their customer base to help bring world class communication and collaboration to their clients.”

Resell Partner of the Year 2024

This one was all about Vertical Communications, our most tenured resell partner at 8x8. Amanda Buckley, 8x8 National Account Manager, explains what made them the clear winners. She said: “Their ability to navigate complex deals and execute on sales, while also supporting their customers has contributed to their recognition as the Resell Partner of the Year.”

Partner Solution of the Year 2024

Renodis, a telecom and utility solutions consultancy dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer support, efficiency, and innovative cost-saving approaches was the winner here. Hassenauer reveals why. She said: “They partnered with 8x8 to deliver an improved patient experience, increase growth, and support modern patient engagement with a top healthcare client with more than 40 clinics; integrating the clinic’s electronic health record (EHR) system with the 8x8 communications platform.”

Distributor of the Year 2024

We’re distributing this award to ScanSource. According to Amanda Buckley, 8x8 National Account Manager, “The success of ScanSource is not just a reflection of their sales and pipeline growth last year, their dedication and commitment to excellence in all aspects of their operations is top-notch in this industry.”

Growth Partner of the Year 2024

It’s been an incredible 12 months for them and now LivTech can add an award to their successes. The last award for 2024 goes to VLCM.
