EMEA Contact Centre Partner of the Year 2024

Softcat was the winner here. According to Emily Masterton, 8x8 Head of Channel, EMEA, they were chosen for their commitment to Customer Experience (CX).

EMEA Resell Partner of the Year 2024

Wavenet were the winners here. As Nick Aikman, 8x8 Senior Channel Account Manager put it: “Wavenet’s commitment to customer satisfaction, innovative solutions, and impressive sales growth has set a new standard in our partnership. Their deep industry expertise and proactive collaboration have consistently driven outstanding results, contributing significantly to our mutual success.

“Their innovative solutions and ensuring that their customers needs are truly met as well as being one of our top partners for achieving certification sets a high standard for others to follow.”

Another win for Softcat. Emily Masterton, 8x8 Head of Channel, EMEA, said: “This was a year where they were really focused on ensuring that their customers' needs were met, in all the different markets from commercial, Enterprise and Public Sector. That’s no small feat because it meant that they had to be providing expertise in the customers’ digital workspace for UC, CC, Microsoft environments and so much more

EMEA Master Agent of the Year 2024

This one went to Avant and Claire Snow, 8x8’s Director for UK and Ireland Channel, said: “In a year where we have seen changes in the Master/TSDs landscape in EMEA, Avant continued to show that they are a true leader in their field. Growing their team and greatly enhancing their local technical support has meant they have continued to be instrumental in helping some of 8x8's largest agency partners be considerable successes.”

EMEA Distributor of the Year 2024

This went to Westcon because, in the words of Claire Snow, 8x8’s Director for UK and Ireland Channel: “The support, enablement and wrap-around services Westcon offer continues to help drive 8x8 solutions into new channels and markets and we look forward to further increasing this success in the coming year.”

EMEA Partner Solution of the Year 2024

A popular category but this year there was a clear winner, as Oliver McCleery, 8x8 Channel Account Manager, explains. “Croft delivered an incredible win in the insurance sector,” he said. “Not only did they secure an upfront deal for 8x8 UC, CCaaS, Voice for Teams and Secure pay, they also laid the groundwork for future expansion. Croft also designed and delivered the solution, working in partnership with 8x8 Expert Services which was a key element of the deal.”

EMEA Partner Impact of the Year 2024

Digital Space won this on multiple fronts, as Nick Aikman, 8x8 Senior Channel Account Manager, explains: “Digital Space’s dedication to delivering exceptional customer solutions, combined with their proactive engagement and strategic vision, has propelled them to new heights and it’s been great to see. They are a standout performer.”
