A restaurant is adding curbside pick-up to make it easier for customers to order online and then pick-up their order. They would like to provide notifications to each customer as their order completes specific stages. To keep each customer proactively updated, SMS notifications are sent as the order completes specific stages. The customer can plan to arrive at the restaurant to pick-up their order when it’s ready.
