8x8 Implementation and Support Functions

8x8 shall, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement, be responsible for performing the following implementation and support function(s):     

  •        Reviewing the results of the 8x8 network assessment tool as run on Customer’s network.

   •        Providing recommendations to enable the Customer’s network to be configured as necessary for operation of the Ordered SaaS Services.
