Will 8x8 notify the third party of the data request?

8x8, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “8x8”) are committed to maintaining its customers’ privacy and trust. Based on this concept, 8x8 will notify third parties of requests for their information absent a legally-binding prohibition (e.g., non-disclosure order, or statutory prohibition).

In limited circumstances, where an imminent risk of serious harm precludes prior notification, 8x8 may provide information without prior notification. In such circumstances, 8x8 will only provide such information that is reasonably necessary in order to avoid imminent serious harm.
