Revolve Technologies provides a hands-on white-gloved approach to implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of all 8x8 solutions.

  • Each customer receives a Revolve Technologies Professional Services team fully 8x8 Deployment Certified, to handle the customer's deployment from start to finish.
  • Dedicated Solutions Deployment Manager (SDM) and Customer Success Specialist (CSS)
  • The SDM and CSS will work hand-in-hand with the client to address each unique Move, Add, Change, Delete (MACD) requested from the entirety of the customer life with 8x8.
  • SLAs determined between the client and the Director of Professional Services will be put in place to establish an agreed-upon timeline for all MACD.
