When asked about 8x8 and how cloud communications can breed success, Sipes said, “We focus on enterprise cloud communications and our specialty is companies that have high-value customers that want to present a unified face to those customers, whether they're talking to someone like the head of product, or doing a transaction with a contact center, or doing a billing interaction, or talking to the CEO. We feel companies that are able to present a more unified face, real-time information, and one look to the customer are strategically advantaged in executing against their category.”
