Eight Days of 8x8 Christmas
They say that Christmas comes but once a year. But here at 8x8 we like to give our partners reasons to celebrate all year round. Here’s a reminder of some of the things we did in 2021 to help you succeed as an 8x8 partner.
On the first day of 8x8 Christmas
We launched 8x8 Contact Center for Microsoft Teams a cloud-based contact center that fully integrates with Microsoft Teams. Now, sales, service, and support agents can quickly connect and collaborate with other Teams-enabled experts and resolve customer issues faster.
On the second day of 8x8 Christmas
We made our Partner Training Program FREE to all partners. We also launched a user-friendly training website and added a self-paced Sales Certification course that allows you and your teams to learn essential selling tools and techniques, at any time, from any location.
On the third day of 8x8 Christmas
We gave you a new cloud deployment model. 8x8 Platform delivers a single platform for both employee and customer experience, enabling end users to manage all interactions from any location or device.
On the fourth day of 8x8 Christmas
We announced the world’s first financially backed, platform-wide 99.999 percent global uptime SLA across our integrated cloud UCaaS and CCaaS solutions. This sets a new industry benchmark and gives you and your partners another great reason to choose 8x8.
On the fifth day of 8x8 Christmas
We won several awards this year, including the Tech Innovator Awards, Comms Business UC Vendor 2021, and CNA Best UC Collaboration Platform. The judges praised our 99.999 uptime SLA, our Teams integration, our cross-platform analytics and more. Of course, we love winning awards, but we designed these features to help our partners succeed in the channel.
On the sixth day of 8x8 Christmas
We continued to introduce new capabilities as the global user base for 8x8 Voice for Teams surpassed 100,000 users. One key new feature, 8x8 Presence Sync, enables anyone using 8x8 Work or 8x8 Contact Center to instantly view the availability of colleagues and back-end teams.
On the seventh day of 8x8 Christmas
8x8 was recognised in Gartner’s® Magic QuadrantTM as a Leader for Unified Communications as a Service, Worldwide, for the tenth year in a row, and a Challenger for Contact Centre as a Service. Heading into 2022 we’ll continue to work hard to stay at the top, delivering innovations that help you succeed in the channel as an 8x8 partner.
On the eighth day of 8x8 Christmas
We lit the fuse. Our acquisition of another leading communications platform provider, Fuze, gives 8x8 a stronger global presence and greater scope to accelerate product innovation. It also gives our partners an opportunity to cross-sell 8x8 solutions to customers on the Fuze platform.
