Introducing Elevate: Helping 8x8 Channel Partners Rise to the Top

Channel partners are the lifeblood of 8x8. With a community 6,000 strong and growing, channel routes to market represent the majority of 8x8’s total ARR, and in FY22, channel partners drove 30% year-over-year ARR growth.
The experience, insight, and focus our partners bring to the table is absolutely priceless to our company, and helps countless new 8x8 users transform their communications and, with it, their business.
One of my key goals at 8x8—and in fact that of the entire channel team here—is to deliver an outstanding partner experience. How do we do that? By listening to our partners and giving them the tools, resources and incentives to succeed with 8x8.
Their insight is the driving force behind the launch of 8x8’s new partner program—Elevate.
The 8x8 Elevate Partner Program is a global program that raises the bar on what partners should expect from a channel program.
One of the key differentiators is the opportunity for partners to choose how they work with 8x8. Partners can transact with 8x8 as an agent or resale partner. It’s their business, their choice.
And, key to success for any partner is being well-equipped to talk about the solutions in their portfolio. That’s why 8x8 provides all of our partner sales and technical certifications at no cost. We want partners to succeed, and we remove the barriers to that success.

Make no mistake: Elevate isn’t just a program name. It’s what we do when it comes to supporting and rewarding our partners for their commitment and sales growth.
The partners that tier in the Elevate program are the best of the best. They train, they prepare, and they move mountains for their clients.
Our program rewards these partners with exclusive incentives, experiences and executive insights that scale as they climb the Elevate program tiers: Peak, Apex and Summit.

All 8x8 partners will automatically be a part of the 8x8 Elevate program. And, they will continue to have the resources that make 8x8 unique, like our SPIFFs, contests, lead generation resources, sales collaboration and the no cost training.

The 2022 Elevate Peak, Apex and Summit partners will be notified in July. We are very excited to share the news of their placement and the awesome benefits and resources they have achieved because of their partnership with 8x8.
